Jane Neville Dudik, founder and owner of The Acne Treatment Center, is a licensed master esthetician, a certified aesthetic consultant and a certified advanced acne specialist. She also is NCEA certified in advanced esthetics. She has pursued studies with CIDESCO, the Physician’s Care Alliance, the International Dermal Institute, Educated Therapists, and The Aesthetic Practitioners’ Association. She has been privileged to have studied acne with James Fulton, MD, PhD, microneedling with Lance Setterfield, MD, Advance Skin Analysis and Cosmetic Chemistry with the incomparable Florence Barrett Hill. She holds her Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University and her Master’s Degree from Harvard University.

Celeste, Lead Esthetician of The Acne Treatment Center, is a licensed master esthetician in both Washington and a licensed advanced esthetician in Oregon, and a certified advanced acne specialist. She is also certified in laser therapy. She received her master esthetics training from the prestigious Aesthetics Institute and has studied microneedling with Lance Setterfield, MD. She has pursued studies with the Physicians Care Alliance and Educated Therapists.

Jasmine, Master Esthetician and Electrologist of The Acne Treatment Center is both a licensed master esthetician, and a board-certified electrologist in Oregon and Washington. She is a certified Acne Specialist. She received her training in advanced medical esthetics from the Aesthetics Institute, where in addition to esthetics she studied advanced laser therapy, corrective peeling and microneedling. Prior to her work in skin care, Jasmine pursued studies in music, medicine and culinary arts. She holds her Bachelor’s Degree from the Berklee College of Music in Boston.

A proud native of the Pacific Northwest, Jasmine grew up in Hood River, OR and currently lives with her significant other in Portland.

Kaylee, Esthetician of The Acne Treatment Center is a licensed esthetician and certified acne specialist. She studied esthetics at the world-renowned Paul Mitchell School in Portland, and continued post-graduate education at Spectrum Advanced Esthetics. Originally a client at The Acne Treatment Center, Kaylee has great empathy for our clients and has become extremely popular with them.

Tayler came originally to The Acne Treatment Center in 2013 as a client while pursuing her Associate's degree at Clark College, which she completed with honors. In 2014, she joined our team on the administrative side while continuing studies in neuroscience at Washington State University Vancouver. In 2019, she chose to become an Acne Specialist, so enrolled in the prestigious Aesthetics Institute in Portland, OR. She completed her studies and went on to study acne, becoming a Certified Acne Specialist. She is currently completing her studies to become a master esthetician. As our longest serving team member, Tayler understands everything about acne and is winning rave reviews from our clients.

Frances came to us with already four years of experience as a practicing esthetician. Initially she worked on our administrative side while we completed our expansion. Having also spent time as an Acne Treatment Center client, she has a well-rounded perspective of treating acne. Between her bubbling laugh and her deep empathy, Frances lifts everyone’s spirits both inside and outside the treatment rooms.

Madison also came to us as an experienced esthetician, having achieved her license in 2020. She studied with us to earn her Acne Specialist designation, and has been charming clients ever since. Her mom brought her to the Acne Treatment Center when she was a young teen and her experience with us inspired her to pursue a career in esthetics. Madison loves the outdoors and like to be active in it. She is also a big movie buff, and could never choose a favorite, but enjoys

Julia, Senior Administrative Coordinator of The Acne Treatment Center spent many years in philanthropy with a large regional health insurer working with the company’s community investment program and charitable foundation. Having studied communications at Portland State University, and being skilled in both client interaction and computers, Julia brings the perfect balance to keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Skin Care Professionals

Hannah, Administrative Coordinator of The Acne Treatment Center spent several years in social work prior to joining the Acne Treatment Center. With a calm demeanor that never seems to ruffle, she provides the perfect face for all our clients, whatever their mood. A graduate of Columbia River, Hannah holds a Bachelors’ of Science in Psychology from Washington State and is currently enrolled with the University of Arizona working toward her Master’s degree in that subject. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys reading and Interior Design.

Megan came to The Acne Treatment Center from a career in travel and hospitality. Having traveled all over the world, one of her most memorable trips was to Ireland. She spends much of her spare time pursuing health and fitness activities and she loves to cook. A graduate of Skyview High School, Megan holds her Associates Degree from Clark College.

A native of Vancouver, Megan lives her with her significant other and their Shih tzu. They are in the process of adopting a golden doodle.

Riley is a graduate of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio where she majored in Environmental Studies. That meant the Pacific Northwest held enormous appeal for her and she and her two best friends and her dog moved across the country to pursue life here. She loves hiking, reading and being a quick trip from the ocean. Exploring the richness of life in and around Vancouver has filled her free time ever since.

Collette, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C is our injection specialist, providing Botox, Juvederm and other cosmetic injections on a monthly basis at the Acne Treatment Center. She has had sixteen years’ experience providing injections, both for neurological disorders and for cosmetic purposes. Collette received her undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco, and obtained her Master's degree at the University of South Alabama in 2005. She is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Collette has more than a decade’s experience as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner, over a decade of critical care experience at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, and several years as a Transplant Coordinator. Collette has also served as a faculty member at Gulf Coast College in Panama City, Florida.Clearing acne and maintaining healthy attractive skin is a day-in, day-out process. The Acne Treatment Center owes a debt to the Face Reality Acne Clinic in San Leandro, California. Face Reality pioneered the concept of estheticians as Acne Specialists, and were our first teachers in the art and science of acne treatment. We maintain an inventory of all Face Reality acne products and some we absolutely could not do without.

The first step in caring for your skin is cleansing it. Finding the right cleanser for your skin type is incredibly important, so The Acne Treatment Center has a broad line of cleansers and we select the right one for every single client.

The purpose of toner is to equalize the pH of your skin, to remove anything left from cleansing and to prepare your skin for the next steps. But every one of our toners serves another purpose in caring for your skin, like exfoliating, or adding moisture, killing bacteria, or dealing with yeast. We will choose the right one for your skin.

The skin does not function well, cannot heal, or look its best, without moisture. All skin types require that you drink enough water. Moisturizers prevent that water from evaporating through the skin. Many people with acne think they don’t need moisturizers, but that is simply not true. To clear acne, we need to minimize the oil in the skin, but as we dry up the oil it takes the water with it. Moisture management is imperative, to healing and clearing acne. We use a wide variety of both gels and creams with all our clients, to be sure you get exactly the right one for your skin type.

Serums are where the magic in skin care happens. We have a very broad range of serums that function in a variety of ways to help all skin types, whether with acne or aging, to look their absolute best.

In addition to acne appropriate serums, clearing acne requires Acne Med, a specially formulated type of benzoyl peroxide that is graded in strength for your particular type of skin and your type of acne. Do not be fooled. Not all benzoyl peroxide is effective against acne.
